We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase. Returns for an online course are only possible if the course has not been opened. Once the course has started, we will not accept returns.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or vouchers.
Returning an online course is only possible if the course hasn't yet been opened. Once the course has started, we will not accept returns.
Exchange
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item as a separate purchase.
European Union – 14-day cancellation period
Notwithstanding this, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.
if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and the goods are or will be delivered as a single item;
if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered separately;
If several of the above alternatives apply, the cancellation period only begins to run when you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods or the last partial shipment or the last item.
